China Glaze - Gussied Up Green

I've been a bit AWOL this weekend. I moved on Saturday and I've been busy non stop ever since! I took this photo before I moved. Since then I've broken at least two nails really far down. My DIY light box broke so I'll have to make another one. Not sure when I'll find the time to swatch either. I hope you'll all forgive me I may be short of posts over the next few days. Oh and if you were wondering, all my babies made it to my new house safe and sound, none of them broke.

Gussied Up Green is from the China Glaze - Rodeo Diva Collection - Fall 2008
It's a dark green shimmer with a blackened green base, one of those lit from within shades. It's gorgeous! I've been wearing it for three days now and don't really mind, although, I'm looking forward to changing my nail polish tonight but not sure if I will find the time for it. *sigh*

I just looked at some swatches of the Rodeo Diva collection. I might have to add Midnight's Ride to my wish list too!

I got this from Trans Design for $2.99 (USD)

  1. :( So sad about your poor broken nails! This colour is lovely though! How much is Trans Design shipping to Australia? I just bought a heap of CGs off eBay and they were $6-8 a bottle on average, including shipping...

    1. I just filled them down, they look so stubby! Postage is $20 for 9 bottles. And each China Glaze costs 2.99 (magnetix and some glitter ones are more expensive). So each bottle is $5.21 each including shipping. Postage takes two weeks.
