China Glaze - Electric Beat

China Glaze - Electric Beat
2 coats
Ulta3 - Non Chip Top Coat

Electric Beat is from the China Glaze Electropop - Spring 2012 Collection. It is a muted sky blue creme. This was the only once I really liked from the collection. I've been into this shade of blue lately, not sure why.

I've been so used to the super fast drying Sech and Poshe top coats so when I used the Ulta3 - Non Chip Top Coat I had no patience to wait for it to dry. I think I'll keep it for my nail wheels or when I have a lot of time to wait for my nails to dry.

Not long before I move now. I have to pack my nail polishes, so scared they will all break! I don't have enough bubble wrap for all of them so I'm thinking about wrapping them in towels...How  have you moved your nail polishes?

  3. I keep my polishes in a couple of cardboard boot boxes, I put this cardboard grid thing that separates my polishes... kind of looks like this but flimsier: http://www.hsconline.co.uk/products/large/wb30.jpg The vials we use in lab come with the grid to protect them from smashing in transit, and everyone just throws them out! Those vials are a lot more breakable than polish bottles too...

I love muted cremes, but I've stopped buying them and I just make them from ulta3s now, which is great for my pocket but I never know how to describe my polishes to other people now :\

Whereabouts are you moving to, and how far is it from where you are now?

    1. That's really helpful, thanks! :)

Yeah I've got some frankening supplies but people would have to have the same stuff to replicate anything I've made so I haven't actually made anything.

If you make the frankens by mixing different nail polishes you could write down the recipes? Then others could make the same colours :)

I'm moving to Kirrawee (South of Sydney) It's about 30 mins from where I live now so not far :) I'll be moving my stuff myself so I will just drive like a Grandma all the way there to protect my polishes :P
