4 coats
Purple Dia is a small square silver glitter with small and large silver hex glitter in a sheer purple jelly base. If you apply enough coats it builds up to cover the nail but some parts look a little 'bald'. This ended up being really thick and was taking forever to dry. I didn't wait to see how long it took because I was just swatching it.

I like this best over a base colour. It still takes longer to dry than normal polish, even with Seche Vite.

My ring finger is a little smudged, I bumped it when it was still drying. Whoops!
That is a gorgeous purple glitter!

DeleteI hate long drying times too, boo! I tend to cheat and leave the bottle open so the butyl acetate or toluene or whatever evaporates, then replace it with ethyl acetate /nerd
