China Glaze - Instant Chemisty

Instant Chemistry is from the China Glaze - Magnetix collection 2012. It is a dark burgundy purple shimmer. I used the star pattern with this one, the design isn't very clear, I've tried all three designs with this polish and this is the best it shows up. This one wasn't sheer like Pull Me Close. My brush was a little dodgy, it looks like it's had a really rough hair cut:

I forgot to mention yesterday that I've had to switch to my left hand for swatching again. I broke the same nail in the same place on my right hand. Sorry if my short nail annoys you, hopefully it catches up soon!

Black Plum is a red toned plum shimmer. I googled pictures of black plums and this is a pretty accurate colour for some of the pictures I saw. This had a really nice formula. I assumed it was one of the original bottles made in Australia but when I checked it said made in PRC. My best friend Mardi from The Artistic Corner gave me some nail polishes for Christmas and this was one of them! Thanks again, sorry it's taken me a while to start posting them!

Flirt is a dark maroon shimmer. It does look very dark in the shade or indoors. It's a lit from within shade in the sun. It has a nice formula. The brush is slightly wider and flatter than a regular brush. The day I wore this it started flaking off about 6 hours after I put it on! I did wash  my dog that day but that hasn't happened to any of my other polish I wore while doing that. I put another coat on over the chipped bits and then China Glaze silver crackle on top and it hasn't flaked off again. This polish mustn't like soapy water. I got this from Discount Chemist Warehouse for about $5.

Galaxy Girl is from the Cosmic FX Collection Fall 2010. Galaxy Girl is green glitter flakes in a bruise coloured purple base. I like this one but it's not one of my favourites from the collection because of the base colour, it just reminds me of bruises. I forgot to mention yesterday that these are a little difficult to remove because of the glitter flakes. You might notice I have glitter specks on my cuticles from swatching. Sorry about the messy cuticle on my middle finger, it sort of looks like it's bleeding, whoops!
