Incoco Nail Polish Appliques

Incoco recently sent me Perfect Prom Purple and Urban Jungle nail polish strips to review. I prefer nail polish strips to nail foil stickers. These nail polish strips are made from real nail polish so they are more flexible and adhere to the curve of your nail better. These are great for a special occasion or even everyday wear. They don't need to dry so you're ready to go as soon as you've finished applying them.

If you have short nails like mine you will probably be able to get two full manicures out of one packet. Each strip is curved at both ends so if you cut it in half you should have enough for two nails. The only thing is, that because these are made from real nail polish they dry out. You'd have try and reseal the packet to keep the other set fresh.

The packet says they last up to 14 days but I didn't wear either of these for more than a week as they had started to chip by then.

I really loved both of these! I don't get a lot of time for nail art any more so I enjoyed wearing some patterns without having to spend much time on them. Also even though I have short nails the Purfect Prom Purple gradient still fit on my nails.

Pretty Serious - Cybernetic, My Darlin' Clementine, Grimm Demise & Purple Monkey Dishwasher

My Pretty Serious Hit The Rod collection has already arrived so I though it was about time that I posted these.

Cybernetic has a mix of purple and green micro glitter in a blue base. The formula was great! It build up easily in three coats. You might think this one is similar to Emma Louise but it's actually quite different, have a look at the comparison on the Pretty Serious Blog. I really love Cybernetic, it reminds me of a galaxy, gorgeous!

My Darlin' Clementine is a orange jelly with a gold glass fleck shimmer. This is so pretty! Orange is usually one of my least favourite colours but I really like this! It was a bit sheer on my nails so I used 4 coats. If you have short nails it won't be a problem.

Grimm Demise has teal glitter in a teal jelly base. This is so pretty! You can still see a little visible nail line on my nails after 3 coats but if you have short nails you wont have a problem.

This was nicknamed TSOD (Teal Screen Of Death) because it's pretty much a teal version of BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death which is awesome and everyone should own it!).

Last but definitely not least is Purple Monkey Dishwasher which has a mix of purple glitter in a purple jelly base. This is absolutely stunning! I couldn't stop admiring it all day, I left it on for a second day so I could continue to do so. The formula was great, I used three coats in the swatch above.

Dance Legend Fruity Milk Collection

Blueberry Mousse has a mix of small blue glitter, blue hexes, silver holographic hexes and a subtle shimmer in a purple creme base. Purple is my favourite colour closely followed by blue so obviously I love this! The holographic effect of the silver hexes doesn't really show through the creme base so only the hexes in the top layer are holographic.

Sugar Glaze has a mix of red and blue hex glitter of different sizes in a milky white base. The base builds up after 3-4 coats. I used four coats because I still had a little visible nail line after three, If you have short nails three coats will be fine.

Blue Hawaii has a mix of blue and rose pink hex glitter in a light blue base. The glitter seemed more sparse in this one compared to the others but it's still pretty.

Pink Marshmallow has a mix of red, green, blue, gold and silver hex glitter and a subtle silver shimmer in a pink base. I think this one is my second favourite of the collection, I'm not usually a pink lover but this one looks so fun!

Shimmer - Eva, Trisha & Mary

Eva has a mix of silver and red micro glitter in a red jelly base. This builds up easily on it's own in three coats. You could use one layer over another colour but probably only over reds as the red base is quite pigmented.
