Gradient Mani

I've been seeing gradient manis all over blogs lately so I had to have go myself! I should have  only used two colours so the colour change was more subtle but I still like what I ended up with. This photo is not colour accurate, neons don't play nice with me. I started with a white base and then sponged on Colour Club - The Lime Starts Here, Colour Club - Wicked Sweet and Ulta3 - Purple Pumps.

In other news my morning started off pretty bad. Look what happened on the way to work today:

It just slipped out of my hand. I used to have a rubber case on it and it was really grippy so I never dropped it. I accidentally left my phone outside one day and my dog found it and chewed up the case. She left the phone untouched though, good dog! I'm still waiting for my new case to come but it didn't come soon enough. I keep getting little bits of glass in my thumb.

My afternoon was better though! I found the new Ulta3 - Magnetics collection so I'll have swatches of those up soon!

  1. Boo to the cracked-screen app! :( The gradient is gorgeous though I guess it doesn't make up for it...

    1. Yeah :( Oh well, the contract ends in 4 months. I don't think I will bother getting it fixed. Hopefully I can upgrade to the next iPhone by then. :)

  9. Awesome gradient!
Re: iPhone... That sucks! I've never had it happen luckily. Depending on what company you are with, sometimes they let their customers upgrade within three months of their contract ending. So that might be something to look into. So you might only have to wait another month.
