Revlon - Colada Fizz

Revlon - Colada Fizz
3 coats

Colada Fizz has silver glass flecks in a sheer light blue base. I'm not really sure what this one smells like. It just seams to be a sweeter smelling nail polish odour. The base is really sheer, after three coats my nails have just the slightest blue tint. It kind of looks like my nails are frozen.

I don't have a sky blue polish (I'll have to fix that) so I layered it over the lightest blue I own - Ulta3 - Blue heaven:

  1. wow that one is really sheer! It looks icy over Blue Heaven :)
I'll be interested to see what sky blue polish you end up with. I've discovered a need for pale pastels with all my recent layering polishes but it's so hard to find pale colours that aren't streaky and need lots of coats.

    1. I think I might try to pick up Ulta3 - Spring Shower if I can find it. It looks like a nice pastel blue. When I did my Easter mani I realised I didn't have many pastel colours. I'll have to fix that before next Easter. :)

  2. I bought this one, I was sad because it was so sheer, but I layered it in the exact way you did and was happy enough. A pale blue might be the way. I might try it under CG Electric Beat... I thought it smelt like that faux coconutty smell...

    1. I was tossing up between Blue Heaven and Electric Beat as the base. Yeah that might be the smell! I'll have to smell it again when I get home tonight. :)

  3. I couldn't find Spring Shower anywhere, but I got the NYC dupe (Blue Bird) from Woolies - maybe with all the new ulta3 outlets there'll be more around :) Otherwise, join me in frankening everything! :D

    1. I haven't noticed it in the Ulta3 bins, I hope it's not to hard to find. I almost got out my frankening stuff but decided it would be too much effort. :P

  4. Love that layered over the blue! I'll have to smell it for myself. I love pina coladas!
