Ulta3 - New Years Eve

Ulta3 has released six new glitters. I'll be posting three of them tonight and the other three tomorrow.

New Years Eve has a mix of different sized blue hex glitter in a clear base. I found this to be a little thick. I tried using four coats to but it was very thick and my nails looked like bubble nails. If you want to wear this completely opaque give it plenty of time to dry in between coats. Otherwise you can wear one or two coats over a base colour.
