Artsy Wednesday - Favourite Brand

Do any of you know what my favorite brand is? Let me tell you a little bit about it first. It's an Australian owned brand that will set you back about $2 a bottle. My favourite nail polish brand is Ulta3! I always come home with at least one Ulta3 to add to my collection each time I go past an Ulta3 bin.

I decided to practice my water marbling skills for the upcoming This Is Halloween Nail Art Challenge water marble. I hate water marbling. I am getting better at it but it frustrates me so much that I want to throw the cup of swirly polish water across the room sometimes.

Polish Used:
Ulta3 - Lily White
Ulta3 - Pacific Fever
Ulta3 - Midnight Fever
Ulta3 - Black Plum

Tools Needed:
Cup
Water
Tooth pick/dotting tool

I started with a base of Lily White so that the water marble design would stand out more. I used Pacific Fever, Midnight Fever and Black Plum for the water marble. There are many water marbling tutorials on Youtube if you are unfamiliar with it. I used a dotting tool to create the design but I'd recommend using a tooth pick because you can just throw it out afterwards. Water marbling is messy!
