Wow I'm tired. I just go back from the Central Coast. As soon as I finish this post I'm off to bed!
So I suck at water marbling. I'm no good at getting the swirly wave patterns. As soon as I dip my nail in the polish moves around an ruins the design, *sigh*, but I'm not going to give up because that's not like me. I'll be giving this another go but trying the dry water marbling version.
The colours I used for this disaster were:
Color Club - Yum Gum
China Glaze - Poinsettia
Sally Hansen - Whirlwind White
So pretty. I think you did a great job. Beautiful colours together. I suck at water marbling too. I have much better results the dry way, cause at least I can select the bit of the marble that has the nicest design.
ReplyDeleteThank you :) I'm excited to try the dry method.
DeletePretty, I tried a water marble this weekend too...mine was not too successful, but this is nice!
ReplyDeleteThanks :) I had so many failed attempts before this one. Mostly because the polish I was using wasn't working.
Deletewow it still looks good , i am loving ring finger the most..
ReplyDeleteThanks, me too! :)

ReplyDeleteThanks, I will keep trying! :)
DeleteI struggled massively with water-marbling the very first time I tried it as well! And while I've still not got it perfect, I think I'm getting closer to success! There are a few water-marbled NOTD on my blog, if you'd like to see :) In this case, practice definitely makes perfect. Keep trying, and I'm sure you'll get it right!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your support! I'll check out your water marbling :)
DeleteI think this turned out great! I've yet to try water marbling..I may fail a few times before getting it right haha! I can't wait to see your progress with this! They really did turn out great :D
