You need to make a franken polish with either spectraflair or colour morphing pigments. You've got 2 weeks to enter. The winner will be drawn at random on the 14th October 2011. The prize is 3 piCture pOlish shades of your choice.
Unfortunately I don't own either of the pigments so I can't enter :(
I have ordered some holographic flakes but I'm not sure what brand they are, I don't think it's Spectraflair tho. At least when I get my holographic flakes I will have lots of ideas for what to create.
